DETAILED REPORT

Hey guys!!! me back after that big b’dy hoopla!!! It surely was awesome and Tiringgggggg…We shopped and shopped and shopped till we dropped!!! And man my wardrobe has got a complete makeover..surely I don’t feel dead at all…..Now

Well I got lots and lots of clothes and an awesome hair curler!!! Now my tresses are gonna be oooh so drooly twirly too!

Sunday night- we hadda party and it was nice…we relaxed with nice music going on in the background…..

Hubby dear and I worked all saturday night and sunday to make everything perfect!! (more credit goes to him as I was busy looking gooooood -lolz)

The idea of candy sticks was a runaway hit and so were the softy dahi vadas, juicy Paneer Tikkas and chicken tikkas!!!!

Methi Matar malai was an instant success with people licking the hot hot Kadhai Mutton Masala (made by renowned chef Mr.Dewan)

I made chappatis too but in a haste as poor hubby was by himself blowing balloons and putting up the banner…….he was irritated as 19 balloons blasted out of good 20!! HHAHAHA..by the time party folks poured in only one was left!! and its still left – YOHOOO

We got those annoying noise making things for guests too..

Return pressies was something no one was expecting but as it was Princess’ party how could I have sent my royal subjects empty handed????

Now my best part- the clock striked 12…….candle was blown and I hastily cut the cake as I can never resist the chocolate sponge, blueberry cream with purple icing cake!!

First bites were exchanged and followed by hugs and more hugs and more hugs!!

Mum gave a call too and cried saying – she is missing all my demands and annual nagging months before my birthday! Ironical..she hated it and now when I am not there she misses it – Aaah Mums………

A statutory warning was issued not to SMEAR cake on my face as I am totally against the idea- it wastes food…

Now came the bestest part – GIFTS…

M,I and R gave away a big pressie….it was a nice big hand bag- I love huge bags fit enough to store everything…except my kitchen supplies!! Lolz..

SA gave not one, not two but THREE gifts…lovely A line skirt and layered top, Italian perfume and lovely glass colors…

Hubby dear- His royal highness stole the show – I got 5 pressies (not including the shopping and curler and all razzmatazz) – I got a bar of white chocolate, a pretty card with sweetest odes for his pretty princess wifey, a cuddly bookworm, a purple baby elephant (christened Dholu) and HOLD YOUR BREATH – A robo – and not just any – WALL-E….it interacts..it talks back to you, walks, moves,swivels…Oh how badly I wanted it!!!

Next morning was quite tough- hard to get up!! Eh wore new outfit- a black pleated short skirt and a white pleated sleeves shirt!!! People at work said I looked like a school girl! hehehehe…

The day started with a positive note-I had balloons on my workstation and a lovely card signed by everyone standing tall on my keyboard……..I was wished by everyone in weekly Monday morning meeting followed by another positive news – can’t be revelaed here yet….

Lunch was nice and romantic time at bluestone at Queen St…I had my favorite pasta…..

Another cake was cut – “Devil’s chocolate cake” and not just another chocolate cake!!!

ML (first friend in Auckland) gave a nice book to me on ‘Creative Writing..’ awww thanks ML!!!

Came home early..had no energy left to go out again for dinner…tummy was saying NOOOOOO..stayed back home..had party leftovers as couldn’t enjoy on the party night! It was yummmyyyy.

Kept getting SMSs and phone calls……price of being popular is getting calls at 4:30 am in the morning!! Eh  

Dinner was followed by cuddling up – hehehe dholu eh!! what were you thinking? We saw Kidnap which I swear is a sheer torture….Minnisha Lamba has unneccesarily done dare bare act – reminding me of desperate Esha Deol and her cleavage in Kaal!

Well All in ALL – AWESOME birthday!!!
